A.

Bad Sleep (Insomnia), the inability to get to sleep or sleep well at night, can be caused by stress, jet lag, a health condition, the medications you take, or even the amount of coffee you drink. Insomnia can also be caused by other sleep disordersor mood disorders such as anxiety and depression.

Q.
What if the ANTISNOR ring gets stuck on my finger or cuts off the circulation?
A.

The design of the ring with the gap provides adjustability to ensure the ring cannot get stuck on your finger or be so tight as to cut off circulation. It is recommended to wear the ring 30 min before going to bed so that if you feel your finger pulsating or the ring becoming tight, you can open it slightly to provide a better fit.”

Q.
How firm should my ring be worn?
A.

Light pressure is all that is needed. The ANTISNOR Ring by Patent design is to be worn on the small finger left hand between the knuckle and the first joint.
